Manchester Township, NJ, is larger (geographically) than it’s eastern neighbors (Toms River & Brick) with a total area over 82 square miles; much of it Pinelands. As large as Manchester may be, it is home to just over 51,000 residents, with many of them living in it’s wide variety of “Retirement Communities” or in it’s largest residential development, Pine Lake Park.
