…Yet only 12% of the real estate industry currently have YouTube accounts?
Well, let’s see what percentage of the Ocean County real estate industry has YouTube accounts. A quick search on YouTube using the term, “Realtors in Ocean County, NJ” produces the following results:

The top 6 “search results” contain 2 real estate brokerages actually located in Ocean County, NJ; Coldwell Banker Flanagan Realty and Veltri Realtors, 2 testimonials about other Realtors from other counties, one listing for sale (at least it is located in Ocean County) and a “Profane Piney” ranting about the rich hiring illegals to do their landscaping.
Two out of the six aren’t even videos but actually picture “slide shows” put to canned elevator music. This includes one of the brokerages. Can you guess which one? At least they have a channel!
So, Home Sellers in Ocean County, which video would you prefer your Realtor use to market your home for sale? (In the interest of fairness and observance of the NJAR “Code of Ethics”, both examples are from our company.)
